1. • Tender documents are prepared – we help you get these together.
     These include design drawings and other documents like soil tests, surveys, approvals, engineering, energy efficiency and any special requirements.

• • Invitation to tender
    Selected builders are invited to submit a detailed quote or proposal. 

• • Submission of bids
    Builders respond with their price, schedule, and approach.

• • Evaluation
    The client or their representative compares the bids for price, quality, capability and build times.

• • Awarding the contract
    The chosen builder is engaged to start work under agreed terms.
